Connect Claude

  1. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors.

  2. Choose Add, point to Custom and choose Web.

  3. Give it a name, such as Threadkite, paste this as the URL and continue. Leave the sign-in settings Claude finds as they are.

  4. Choose Add, then connect it. A Threadkite page opens.

  5. Sign in to Threadkite if you’re asked to.

  6. Check what Claude is asking to do, choose the organisation (your business) it should work in, and choose Allow.

  7. You’re taken back to Claude. Turn Threadkite on in any chat from the tools menu.

On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, your Claude organisation’s owners may need to allow custom connectors first. Everyone still connects with their own Threadkite sign-in. Claude reaches Threadkite over the internet, so nothing needs installing.
