Pagination

Lists that can grow return a page at a time, newest first:

{ "data": [ ... ], "nextCursor": "MjAyNi0xMC0wNFQx..." }

Pass nextCursor back as ?cursor= for the next page, and limit (1 to 100, default 25) to change the page size. nextCursor is null on the last page.
