The mobile app
The Threadkite app for iPhone and Android gives you your inbox on the move. It’s included on every plan.
Get the app
Section titled “Get the app”- Download Threadkite from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in with the same email and password (or Google, Microsoft or Apple) you use on the web.
- Allow notifications when asked, so you hear about new leads and replies.
What’s in it
Section titled “What’s in it”The app has four tabs:
- Inbox: your threads, with the same folders as the web app. Reply on any channel you have, add notes with @mentions, and send saved replies and photos.
- Today: what to do today, such as your tasks and appointments.
- Contacts: everyone who has been in touch, with their companies.
- Settings: your profile, notifications, security, calls and more.
What you can do in the app follows your seat. On a Basic seat you can read threads and add notes, but not reply. See Roles and seats.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”You choose what the app tells you about in Settings > Notifications, on the web or in the app. For example:
- Leads assigned to you
- New unassigned leads
- Replies on your threads
- Mentions
- Replies due soon
- Tasks due
You can also set Quiet hours and Hide message text on the lock screen. See Notifications.
Calls from your phone
Section titled “Calls from your phone”When built-in calling is on, you can call customers from the app and your calls are logged on the thread. See Calls and texts.
Several businesses or accounts
Section titled “Several businesses or accounts”If you work in more than one business, switch between them from the app. You can also be signed in to more than one account.
