Partner access and apps
Apps are software from our partners that works with your Threadkite, such as the system you run your business on. Each app can only do what you allowed when it was connected, and you can remove it at any time.
Owners and admins manage apps in Settings > Apps:
- Each app shows What it can do and when it was Last used.
- If an app asks for more access, it keeps only what you allowed before until you approve.
- Click Remove app to take it out.
Partner access
Section titled “Partner access”Partners who look after your account can ask to sign in to it to help you. Nothing happens unless you say yes, access ends by itself, and you can see every time it’s used.
Owners and admins manage it in Settings > Partner access.
When a partner asks
Section titled “When a partner asks”- A request shows under Waiting for your answer.
- Click Review and grant… to see what They can and They can’t do.
- Tick the box to confirm you understand, then grant access, or click Decline.
A partner with access works like an admin, but can’t manage your team, billing, ownership, API keys or partner access itself.
See and end access
Section titled “See and end access”- Access now shows who has access and until when. Click End access now to stop it straight away.
- The Access record shows each time access was used and what changed.
- Earlier requests lists past requests and your answers.
