Activity and history
Threadkite keeps two kinds of history: what has happened with your customers, and who changed what in your business.
Activity: your team and customers
Section titled “Activity: your team and customers”Activity in the menu shows calls, messages, notes and more from your team, and leads, messages and calls from customers, newest first, for the inboxes you can see.
You can narrow it down to:
- The team, Customers or The team and customers
- one person, or Everyone
- one inbox, or All your inboxes
- one kind of thing, or Everything
Click Show older activity to go further back. Activity covers the last 90 days (3 on Free).
Settings > Activity: who changed what
Section titled “Settings > Activity: who changed what”Owners and admins can see Settings > Activity: who did what in your business, such as people invited, settings and keys changed, contacts erased and partner access used. Open an entry to see What was recorded.
It shows the last 90 days (3 on Free), and we keep the record for a year.
People who have left
Section titled “People who have left”When someone leaves your team, they keep their name everywhere in the history, marked “(left)”, so you can still see who did what. In Activity you can filter by Someone who left.
