Notifications

Settings > Notifications is where you choose what Threadkite tells you about, and how. Only you see these choices, and they’re the same on the web and in the mobile app.

For each of these, choose Phone (a notification from the mobile app), Email, both or neither. Replies due soon, Appointments and Your day at 8am come to your phone only:

Notification When
Leads assigned to you A new lead is given to you, or someone assigns you a thread.
New unassigned leads A new lead arrives in one of your inboxes with nobody looking after it.
Replies on your threads A customer writes back on a thread you own.
Replies on threads nobody owns A customer writes back on a thread in one of your inboxes that nobody owns.
Mentions Someone mentions you in a note.
Replies due soon A customer has been waiting and a reply is due in the next 15 minutes.
Tasks due A task given to you is due, such as a follow-up you set.
Tasks given to you Someone gives you a task.
Appointments An appointment you’re hosting starts in 30 minutes.
Automation alerts An automation asks you to look at a thread, such as a lead nobody has answered.
Your day at 8am A morning summary of tasks, leads waiting and who to chase.
AI hand-overs The AI passes a thread to a person, such as a complaint.

Emails say who it’s about and what happened, never what anyone wrote.

Turn on Quiet hours and choose when your phone should stay quiet each day, From one time until another (in your time zone), such as overnight. Emails still come, and everything still shows in the inbox.

Turn on Hide message text on the lock screen if you’d rather customers’ messages didn’t show on your phone’s lock screen.

Owners, admins and managers can choose under Email updates whether to get the Weekly summary email for the business.
