Privacy
Customers have the right to ask what you hold about them, and to ask you to delete it. Threadkite does the work for you. Owners and admins handle these requests.
Someone asks for a copy of their data
Section titled “Someone asks for a copy of their data”- Open the contact’s page.
- Open More actions and choose Export their data.
Threadkite prepares a file with everything you hold about them.
Someone asks you to delete it
Section titled “Someone asks you to delete it”- Open the contact’s page.
- Open More actions and choose Delete contact and their data….
- Confirm.
This deletes the contact and their data across Threadkite, including call recordings. If they had opted out of marketing, Threadkite keeps a record that they asked not to receive marketing, so they’re never opted back in by mistake. The confirmation says so.
See what was done
Section titled “See what was done”Settings > Privacy lists Deletions and exports: what was done, when, and What was deleted. Use it to show you dealt with a request.
