Billing and plans
Settings > Billing shows your plan, seats and invoices. Owners and admins manage billing.
The plans
Section titled “The plans”- Free: for one person getting started. The email inbox and website form leads, contacts, notes, saved replies, basic reports and the mobile app.
- Pro: everything, for your whole team. Everyone in your team on Full or Basic seats, all connections (texts, calls, WhatsApp and your own mailboxes), the AI website assistant, rules and routing, full reports, the API and webhooks.
Pro is priced per seat, with Full and Basic seats at different prices. Prices exclude VAT or sales tax.
The AI unlimited add-on removes the monthly limit on AI conversations for the website assistant and the AI responder.
Your free trial
Section titled “Your free trial”A new business can start with a 14-day free trial of Pro, no card needed. If you upgrade during the trial, your trial carries on and your first payment is when it would have ended. If the trial ends without a plan, you move to Free and nothing is deleted.
Upgrade to Pro
Section titled “Upgrade to Pro”- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly, 2 months free.
- Choose your Full seats and Basic seats, and whether to add AI unlimited.
- Click Continue to payment and enter your card details.
Your seats follow your team. Inviting someone, or changing their seat, shows the price change before you confirm, and takes effect straight away. Removing someone frees their seat.
Cards and invoices
Section titled “Cards and invoices”Click Manage billing to update your card and see your invoices. If a payment fails, you have 7 days to update your card, and everything keeps running. After that your account is read-only until it’s paid: you can see everything, but nobody can reply or change anything. Click Update payment details to pay.
Pause your plan
Section titled “Pause your plan”Instead of cancelling, you can pause a paid plan for 1, 2 or 3 months. Nothing is charged, and your business works like Free while it’s paused: one person, with everyone else inactive and connections paused. Nothing is deleted. Click Resume now to come back sooner.
Cancel your plan
Section titled “Cancel your plan”- Click Cancel plan.
- Tell us Why are you cancelling?. It helps us make Threadkite better.
- You’re offered to Pause instead?. Choose a time, or carry on.
- Confirm with Cancel my plan.
Your plan stays on until the end of the period, then moves to Free. Nothing is deleted. Changed your mind before then? Choose Keep my plan on the Billing page.
